If this is the first MomSaves Newsletter you've received you're probably wondering "what in the world is a coupon recipe? Has this crazy lady discovered a way to make casserole out of expired coupons?"
Well, I'm thrifty but I've never gone that far! A coupon recipe is one that has several ingredients that can be gotten inexpensively by using coupons.
This week's recipe is....Southwestern Crab Bake
I picked this recipe for two reasons. First - it sounds delicious. Second - you can get one of the main ingredients FREE this week if you have a Tom Thumb or Randall's supermarket in your area. Crab Classic is on sale at TT as part of the 10 for $10 offer. (It's also on sale at Albertsons but it's $2 there.)
10 for $10 isn't FREE? Well, it is after you go to our SmartSource page and print out a $1 coupon for Crab Classic. We also have DelMonte coupons for the tomatoes and corn. If you watch CVS sales they have olives and Walgreens frequently has the little cans of Geisha mushrooms at a great price. Now here's the recipe:
