Baked "Fried" Chicken

Ingredients

1 3-4 pound chicken - cut up and skin removed
1 cup ranch dressing
2 cups instant potato flakes

Instructions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Coat cookie sheet or 13 x 9 baking pan with vegetable oil.

Lightly brush the chicken pieces with ranch dressing then roll in the potato flakes. Arrange in pan and place in the oven.

Reduce oven temperature control to 350 degrees and bake 25 minutes or until juices run clean when the chicken is pierced with a fork.
